This Chakra is connected with the pituitary gland and is associated with the colour indigo. It is located in the centre of the brow and is often referred to as the “Third Eye”. On a physical level it controls the lower brain, left eye, ears, nose and nervous system. Wisdom, understanding, perception and intuition is controlled by this Chakra.
Third Eye also helps with the perception of truth which enables a person to find their own course through life. Accordingly, a blockage of this chakra will culminate in a haphazard approach to life, and probably an inability to settle down to any one task for any length of time.

Do you spend time in silence so you can hear your intuition? Create peace and stillness around you so you can connect with your higher good and your intuition.
How alert are you to outside influences, people, places, ‘coincidences’ around you, how often do you act on ‘gut’ feeling and not try to rationalize everything.
